Go to the Patient, then go to the History section of chart, then choose the Immunization History on the Left. Click "Get record from registry"

When the Simons History comes up, click on each radio button you would like to import into the patient chart.

Go down the list and click each you wish to import, a blue check will appear on those you select.

Once you have selected each you wish to import, Click "OK". A second screen will come up showing immunization forecast for this patient (future vaccines due) click on "Cancel" to close that report and continue.

Once imported you will be returned to the main screen. It will show nothing imported, you will need to go out of this screen and back in to see the imported vaccines, Click "OK" to exit this screen.

Go back into the Patient History section. Click here:

Go back into the Immunization History section.

You would now see all immunizations that you selected in previous steps have populated the patient screen.
