    How to Retrieve & Edit an Existing Patient Med Report

    Navigate to the Med Reports page by clicking on this icon on the side bar.

    Click "Create New Med Report".

    Enter the patient's name, date of birth, and phone number (optional). Then, click "Search Patient".

    To remove a medication from the list, click the "X" icon next to the med name.

    To add a new medication to the report, search by generic or brand name, then click on the medication to add it.

    Click "Create Report".

    Alternatively, you can navigate to the Patients List page to select a patient directly. Click on the Patients icon in the left sidebar.

    Browse or sort the table, or search the patient directly by clicking the "Search..." field.

    To retrieve the patient's last saved Med Report, click "Create Report".

    The patient and their last saved med list will then appear, which you can modify prior to creating the report.
