Navigate to the dashboard: <https://app.servusconnect.com/app>

There are a couple of ways to review a service request. Any time you see a number in the needs review box you should go ahead and click there to see what needs review.

From here, you can click into a request to review it. This will open a single request for review. 

To review multiple requests at once, you can use the quick review page. To open this, click on the three dots to the right,

And select "Quick Review." Here you will see a list of all requests that need review.

To review requests one at a time. Click on the needs review link.

Then click on a service request to open it.

Next, take a look at the completion notes.

Also, take a look at the activity notes to ensure this section is complete, including photos if appropriate. 

If all of that is good then click on the review button in the top menu bar. Select the correct message if available and then click submit.

Click "SUBMIT REVIEW" to complete your review.

Now, lets cover the basics of the "quick review" page. 

From the dashboard, we are going to again select the "Needs review" link. 

Then click the ellipse (or three dots) on the right side of the screen and select quick review.

Here you can review if the completion notes are good, and the activities section is complete. 

Once everything is set, you can click the "review" button at the top of the page.
