2
Click "Visits" from more actions menu

How To Filter The Active Jobs For Scheduling

3
All active jobs will show up in the column on the left and will need to be filtered or selected manually

If jobs are missing

4
It is important to ensure that that there are no late visits on jobs to use this feature. If jobs are on the schedule for an upcoming visit you can set the range out a little further.

Searching By Description

5
Click the "and description contains" field if you have all jobs named the same for example "snow removal"
6
You are now only shown jobs with this title

Searching By Line Item

7
If a saved line item was used you can use that to filter the list. If a product or service is custom and not saved in the system it will not show up in the list

Searching By Tags

8
If you have your snow removal clients tagged as snow removal you can filter by tag. Be sure to review the list however. Tags are client based and additional active jobs may show up on the list

Clients with multiple job types

9
For example this list shows mowing jobs because the customer is tagged and has both services.

Selecting all filtered jobs

10
Click "All" if the list contains only the jobs you are looking to schedule. Using this option allows you to schedule up to 100 jobs at a time.
