How to Schedule a Class on Calendly

Toggle to the month you are interested in scheduling.

Select the date you are interested in scheduling. Grayed out dates indicate no classroom availability.

Select the time you are interested in scheduling and check available times. Only available time slots will be visible.

Click "Next"

Fill out contact information: name and email address.

Please indicate with class you are scheduling for. If you are scheduling multiple sessions for a single class, please add "Part 1, 2, etc."

Click "Schedule Event"

If you need to schedule other approved classes or additional sessions, please select "Schedule classroom for another date" and follow the same steps!
