To be able to schedule a report, you must click the "**Save this report configuration**" box. You can also do this for any repetitive reports you run as needed.
5
Click the "**Report Name**" field and name this report something you will be able to remember that identifies the settings and parameters assigned to this report.
Tip! This will be included on the email report sent, so it is a good idea to make sure the Report Name is easy to understand.
6
Click "**Run Report**", you will notice at this point scheduled reports is greyed out. Only Saved reports can be scheduled.
Tip! Saving and running the report before hand allows you to check and make sure the report is pulling the correct data before scheduling them to send to yourself or others.

You will see your report processing in the top right of your screen (for smaller browsers this may shift to the bottom of your list of reports, so if you don't see it, scroll to the bottom of the reports page).
Alert! You may need to refresh your page to get the report to move up into completed. Some Reports may take longer to process than others depending on the amount of data or tags.
8
Click "**here to download**", we recommend reviewing this downloaded file before moving on to the schedule to make sure the report is showing what you need.
Scheduling the Saved Report
9
To schedule the report, we will want to access our saved report we just set up, if you did not see it already you should see now a black arrow on the left hand side pointing at the report name. Click that arrow to expand and show our saved reports.
10
You should see the report you just saved now under this list, click the name of that report to start scheduling.
11
You can see now at the bottom of the page "Schedule Report" is now clickable. Click "**Schedule Report**" to move on to the next step.
Tip! You also have a new option of "Delete Report" if you ran this report and it wasn't what you need, you can deleted it out of saved reports to prevent accidentally using it again. For those reports that you use frequently but do not need to schedule you can still use "Run Reports" to run these as needed with the pre-saved parameters you already set.
