Navigate to [https://calendar.google.com/](https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/r/day/2023/11/7)

Click into the white space on your calendar on the date of PTCs.

Type "Parent Teacher Conference with Your Name

Select the times that you will be meeting.

Click "Add guests" and type the email of the parent.

Select the name/email address you typed in.

Click "Add Google Meet video conferencing"

Click "Save"
