How to Schedule a Zoom Meeting

Open your Zoom desktop app

Click "Schedule"

In the Topic section, enter a new topic for the meeting if needed

In the Date & Time section , click the down arrows to select different dates and start and end times

Change the time zone if needed

In the Attendees section, enter the name or email of the attendees

Select more options, such as enabling a waiting room for your users

Click "Advanced Options" for more

Select more options, such as muting participants upon entry

Click "Send" to send the invitation to the attendees

If you want to copy/paste the invitation elsewhere, click "Copy to Clipboard" before closing the window

Click "X" to close the window
