Navigate to [https://stockton.campus.eab.com/home/staff](https://stockton.campus.eab.com/home/staff)

Navigate to a student's profile by either selecting their name from one of your home screens or using the quick search bar at the top of the page.

Below the student's photo on the right side, look for the Options menu bar and click 'Schedule an Appointment'.

Select the appropriate Care Unit for your appointment type:

- Choose "Faculty Office Hours" for one-on-one meetings with students in your courses
- Choose "Faculty Precepting" for meetings related to your role as a Preceptor

Choose the topic of the meeting under the Service drop-down menu.

If the meeting is about a course the student is currently taking with you, you can link that course to the appointment.

Select the date you would like to have the meeting.

Select how and when attendees will receive meeting reminders.

The calendar grid below automatically highlights availabilities that match your selected service. You have three additional scheduling options:

- Select 'Show All Availabilities' to see all open time slots
- Select 'Unlock Non-Available Times' to schedule outside of regular availability
- Select 'Unlock Times with Conflicts' to schedule during times that show existing conflicts

Select your preferred date and time for the meeting.

Below is a sample of the email notification students receive when an appointment is confirmed.
