    On your desktop open the "Outlook - email/calendar application".

    Click "Create a new item".

    Click "Options".

    Click "Delay Delivery".

    Select the "Do not deliver before time" check box , and then choose the delivery date and time you want.

    After the date and time are set, click "Close".

    When you are done click "Send".
