Navigate to <https://app.servusconnect.com/app> and log into your account.

Click on the "Requests" tab to move to the requests field.

Click "Edit Filters" button to open the filtering menu.

Click on the drop down arrow in the "Status" field.

Now select "Archived".

Click "APPLY FILTERS"

This will take you to all "Archived" Service Requests.

If you are looking for a specific Unit #, Resident, or Service Request #. Simply click in the search box and enter that information there. Now hit Enter.

Now you can open any of the requests on the page to review.
