How to Search for Section Information in Pearson Online Classroom

Enter your username and password and click "Log In"

Click here to open the User Manager.

Select User Manager.

Click the "Name, ID" field and enter the name of the therapist whose sections you would like to view.

Select "Sub-locations?" and click "Search."

Find your provider's name and click on it.

Their User Overview will open. Click on Sections in the Properties menu.

This will show you all sections that the user is assigned to. In the screenshot below, the therapist is teaching three sections. Please note that you will not be able to view individual users from this page. If you click on the # of Users you will receive an "Access Denied" message.

You can view which sections students are assigned to by searching for them in the User Manager.

Click the "Name, ID" field.

Type the student's name in the search menu, select "Sub-Locations?" and click "Search."

Click on the student's name from the list.

Open the student's User Overview to view their sections. Unscheduled sections without courses (this is how therapy sections are listed) will be listed at the top of the list. As you can see, the sample student Abby Demo is assigned to the following section: "Demo_MyCA_OT_Tier IV External Provider"
