How to See Edit History in Google Slides

Look for the Google Apps icons at the top right corner of your browser

To access the Google Slides application, simply click on the "Slides" option

Open the specific Google Slides presentation that you wish to view the history from

Find the menu bar at the top of your screen, identify the "File" option within it, and click on it

Once the dropdown menu under "File" is visible, scroll down through the list. Among the various items, you will find an option labeled "Version history", click on it

When you click on "Version history," a sub-menu will appear
Look for the option labeled "See version history" and click on it. This action will open a panel or separate interface, typically on the right-hand side of your screen

The version history panel will display a chronological list of edits and changes made to the document
Each version may include a timestamp, the name of the person who made the changes, and sometimes color-coded highlights to show specific edits

You can click on individual versions to view the document as it appeared at that point in time
Many platforms also allow you to restore a previous version if needed, providing a safeguard against accidental changes
