    Click "Billing"

    Click "Statement Run"

    Statement Run is preset to only send to outstanding accounts, click "Send to Zero" and "Send to Negative" to send to customers with Zero or Negative balances.

    Click "Send Statements" to send to everyone.

    Sending a Statement to One Client

    Statements can be sent to only one customer too.

    Click "All Customers"

    Click "Send Statement"

    Click the "Report Date" field and select the date range you want to send the statement for.
