    Navigate to [https://outlook.office.com/mail/](https://outlook.office.com/mail/)
    Click "Calendar" in the left-hand menu.
    Double-click on the day of the event you'd like to send an invite for.
    Type the name of your event.
    Click "Invite attendees."
    Type the name of the contact you'd like to invite and click on their name in the dropdown menu.
    Enter the start date and time for your event.
    Enter the end date and time for your event.
    Select whether the meeting is on Teams or elsewhere.
    Input the room or location.
    Enter your event description.
    Click "Send."
