Open Outlook and create a new email or reply to an exisiting email.
Tap the calendar icon above the keyboard.
Tap "Send availability."
You can select half-hour intervals and multiple days.
When you're done selecting availability, tap the check mark in the upper right-hand corner.
Your available meeting times will be automatically pasted into the email.
