      How to Send Merits

      **Three things need to be done before sending merits:** 1. Ensure the data that you want to send as merits is in a CSV file and properly formatted. 1. For Google Sheets > File > Download > Comma-Separated Value (.csv) 2. For Excel: File > Save as > Comma-Separated Value (.csv) 2. Ensure a merit template is created and published 1.       Navigate to [https://admin.merits.com/org-settings](https://org.stellar2-s.merits.dev/org-settings)
      Click "Create & Configure" at the top-right of the screen
      Click "Data Sources"
      Click "View" next to the data source you would like to send merits from
      Click "Upload file"
      Click "browse" and select your CSV file that corresponds with this data source
      Once uploaded, click "Save"
      Congrats! Your merits have been sent!\ \ **Note: If auto approve isn't turned on in your merit template settings, you must go to Verify & Manage > Approvals to manually approve each merit sent.**

      View Merits Sent

      To view merits that have been seen, click "Verify & Manage"
      Click "Records"
      Click "View" next to any record you would like to view
      Click "Fields"
      Click "Fields" to see the information associated with that person's merit
