Navigate to your Microsoft Teams app on your desktop or browser. 

Click the "Type a name" field and select the colleague you'd like to recognize. 

Scroll through and select which attribute you'd like to recognize the person for. In this example, we selected "Leadership."

Select which color scheme you'd like the background to be.

Type in your praise message under "Add an optional note."
