    Enter your username and password, then click "Log In."

    Select Sections & Students to find the therapy section that you would like to send a message to.

    Select your section ID. If you have more than one therapy section, choose the specific section that you would like to send a message to.

    Choose who you would like to send the message to. For this guide, we will practice sending a message to students and caretakers.

    Enter a subject for your webmail message.

    Enter a message in the body of the webmail and include any links or attachments if needed.

    Click the "I acknowledge that this WebMail is being sent to a group, and it does not contain any Personally Identifiable Information (PII)." field. Selecting this field indicates that you agree and understand that this is a section webmail message sent to multiple recipients, so it should not contain any personal information about a specific student. Section webmail messages are best for sharing general information such as teacher introductions, resources for everyone in the group, or reminders about upcoming schedule changes.

    Now let's see what a student's log would look like for the therapist (teacher of the section). Click "My Students"

    Click the "WebMail Messages" field so that webmails are displayed in the log.

    Now you can see the section webmail that was send to Abby, Amanda, and Dwight. Notice that only Amanda and Dwight are listed in the "About" section when viewing Amanda's log. This is because Amanda and Dwight are in the same household.

    Follow the same steps to open Abby's log. If you were to view Abby's log, you would notice that only her name is listed since Abby is in a different household from Amanda and Dwight.
