Navigate to [https://apps.docusign.com/send/home](https://apps.docusign.com/send/home)

Click the down arrow near "Start"

Click "Send an Envelope"

Click "UPLOAD"

Click "Browse" and attach the PDF contract

Select Contact Long Form

Click "APPLY"

If you have additional documentation that needs to be attached, select upload again

Click "Browse" and attach additional documentation

Click the down arrow within the "Add recipients" line

Enter Vendor Name under "Placeholder"

Enter Vendor Email under the "Place

Select the Down arrow within "Add message"

Click the "Email Subject*" field.

Type "Vendor Name Contract"

Click "NEXT"

Click Keep PDF form data

Click "CONFIRM"
