How to Invite Others to a Scheduled Meeting
Open Zoom's desktop app
Click the "Schedule" meeting button
Add the information corresponding to your scheduled meeting
Click on "save" to set the preferred changes
Go to the "Meetings" tab
Click the three dots located to the right of your scheduled meeting
Click "Copy Invitation" and send the link via email, other chat thread, or any other messaging service to the participants
