    How to Set-up a Meeting with Scheduling Assistant (Desktop App)

    This only works with internal users.
    Select your Calendar from the left pane
    Click "New Meeting"
    Click "Scheduling Assistant"
    Click "Table View, All Attendees"
    Type the name of the attendee that you wish to add.
    Click their name from the drop down listing.
    Now you will see all of the times that you and the attendees you wish to invite are all available.
    You can do this with multiple attendees.
    You can click around in the scheduling calendar to see when people are available and schedule a meeting from here.
    If you have had the scheduling assistant open, it is a good idea to periodically click "Refresh Availability", to make sure that you have the latest information.
