How to Set the Print Area in Google Sheets Using Layout

Sign in to your Google account and open a [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11yQjHlR4yOj2gag5r98eh2RO4n2HyQOptMRENdhhltU/edit?gid=1564491323#gid=1564491323)

Make sure the spreadsheet has all the data you need to print.

Click "File" on the menu bar on the top or press [[Ctrl + P]] or [[cmd + P]]

Scroll down the dropdown menu and click “Print”

On the right side of the screen, you will see a panel with options.

Click the arrow next to “Print”.

Select the ”Workbook" option.

Click the "Next" button.

Under "Destination," select printer information or "Print to PDF" to create a PDF.

Highlight the cells you wish to print by holding your mouse button down and dragging the cursor or by holding the Ctrl or Cmd key and clicking multiple cells.

Click "File" on the menu bar at the top.

You will see a panel with options on the right side of the screen.
