How to Set Up Call Forwarding

If you will be out of the office for an extended time, you have the option to forward any calls you receive to your cell phone or to another co-worker’s phone. In the lower-left corner, click “Call settings” and select “Open Call Preferences.”

Scroll down to the “Call Forward” section and click the plus sign to add the number.

Once you’ve added the number, click “Call settings” and select the number you want your calls to be forwarded to from the drop-down menu.
