    Navigate to [https://pbx.thurmondgas.com/webclient](https://pbx.thurmondgas.com/webclient) or use the Desktop Client

    This page will show you all of the available statuses for your extension. From here you can define what you want your call routing to be when someone calls you. (Example: If you have a colleague that handles calls when you are out of the office, you may want to set your "Away" or Do Not Disturb to forward calls to that person instead of going to your voicemail)
