    1
Navigate to your Teacher Portal <https://teachers.zogo.com/classrooms>
    2
My Classrooms is where you will see the overview of all your classes. Creating classrooms is a great way to segment out your audience into smaller groups. To create a new classroom, click "Add New Class".
    3
Name your class. Some examples of application for the classroom setting include New Employee Onboarding, Continuous Education, Sponsorship Retention, Account Opening and Scholarship Qualification.
    4
Curate your class curriculum. You may choose our recommended skill packs organized by grade level or click "All Skills". You can always edit your curriculum later.
    5
Add students by uploading a .CSV file or manually input your class. There are no limits to seats in a class.
    6
Once you have completed adding your class roster, click "Add Students" to save your classroom. You are able to have the same student in multiple classes, however, they will have different log in credentials and progress will only apply to individual classrooms.
    7
After a classroom is created and students are added, usernames and passwords will generate for all students. Only the educator has access to this information. Educators can download a .CSV of student credentials from this page for easier distribution. Otherwise, click "Done".
    8
The "My Classrooms" page allows you to manage your classrooms by giving an overview of your classes. Here you can see how many students are enrolled in each class, how many skills are being covered and total amount of modules accessible. To monitor student progress, click into your class.
    9
Each classroom will show you a class roster, number of modules completed by each student, percentage accuracy of the completed modules, Pre and Post test results, and total XP (experience points). Clicking on the student line item will give a granular look into their progress, as seen in the snapshot on the right. This highlights when the student joined the class, how many skills and modules have been completed and how many days streak they have accomplished. Assess student completion rates and engagement with this material.
    10
Download student progress data by selecting "Request Progress Date" above the student snapshot.
    11
Under the "Accounts" tab you will locate student login credentials. Here, teachers can reset passwords and add or remove students from their class. Download your class for your records by clicking "Download Account Data". This information is only accessible to the educator.
    12
Your "Curriculum" tab is where you will manage and assign educational content to your class. Current curriculum shows you the categories, skills and modules accessible to your students.
    13
Many of our skills are available in both English and Spanish! Skills available in English and Spanish are labeled by the Spanish flag icon. Modules that are currently only available in English are labeled by a grayed out Spanish flag. Note: If a student's account is set to Spanish, the modules that are only available in English will not be shown on their version.
    14
To curate your classrooms assigned content to reflect your lesson plans, click "Edit".
    15
From here, you can drop down categories to view and edit skills you woud like to enable and disable. Note: these changes will only apply to a single classroom. This step must be completed for each class added.
    16
You have the option to Disable or Enable entire skills or specific modules. Select the check box next to the module and choose to either enable or disable the content. You can always edit these selections.
    17
You can verify the status of the module on the right hand side. It will say "Enabled" in green or "Disabled" in gray. Only enabled modules will be visible to the students assigned to the classroom. All disabled modules will be hidden from the student's view. A classroom's curriculum can be updated as often as you'd like.
    18
Click "Preview" to view the content from the student's view before assigning it to your class. You can also see a snippet of what the module covers from the short description written here.
    19
This is a preview of what the assigned content will look like to your students!
    20
After you have made your selections, press "View Mode" to return and view your current curriculum.
