Navigate to [https://stockton.campus.eab.com/home](https://stockton.campus.eab.com/home)

On the main "Staff Home" page. Click "My Availability".

Select the days when you can meet with students (such as during office hours).

Click "Please select a duration".

Choose how long your office hours will last:

- Pick "Forever" to allow student appointments with no end date, including over summer breaks
- Select a date range (from one day to multiple years)
- Choose "Semester" for term-length availability

Click the "Add this availability to your personal availability link?" field, if you want this availability included. This standardized link will automatically show your current availability if you make changes later.

Select from the three types of scheduling options:

Appointments:

- Available to all students campus-wide
- Your available times appear in general scheduling system

Drop-ins:

- Use for Office Hours
- Shows students when you're available for walk-ins

Campaigns:

- Limited to specific students you select
- For targeted meetings within set timeframes

Note: You can select multiple types of availability at once.

Choose the modalities you would like for this specific availability.

Please select a Care Unit

For Precepting: select Faculty Precepting

Select a location

For Precepting-: Select My Preceptor's Office

Select which Services you want to be available for (these are the types of meetings students can make with you)

For Precepting: select General Faculty Precepting

For Faculty Office Hours: you have the option of selecting from Faculty-Student Meeting, Graduate Exit Meeting, Office Hours

Note: You can select multiple services at once.

Enter any special instructions for students in the textbox. Include details like:

- Your Zoom link
- Office location
- What students should bring (like a list of planned courses)

These instructions will appear in their calendar invite.

Click "Save" after filling in all fields.

Your new availability will appear in the Available Times list after you save.
