Log in to your account on the INVIDIA portal at [https://portal.invidia.com.au](https://portal.invidia.com.au) using your email address and password.

Click the "INVOICES" tile to view your unpaid invoice.

Click the "Unpaid" button next to the invoice that needs to be paid.

Click the "Setup Mandate for Payment" button to be taken to the GoCardless page to enter your bank details securely.

Confirm the information pre-populated in all the fields is correct or update as needed, then click the "Continue" button.

Enter your bank "Account holder name", "BSB number" and "Account number".

Confirm all the details are correct, then click the "Set up this Direct Debit Request" button to finalise and approve the new DDR request.

You can switch back to the credit card payment method at anytime by visiting the "Payment Methods" area under your account menu.
