    Navigate to [https://cyhire.iastate.edu/employers](https://cyhire.iastate.edu/employers) and log in with your employer account.
    Click "OCI"
    Click "Schedules"
    Click request a schedule.
    Click the type of OCI Model you would like. Descriptions of each type can be found toward the top of the page. Email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) if you have questions about these.
    Click the location dropdown and select which college you want to reserve an interview room with.
    Select the primary date you would like to interview.
    Select an additional alternative date in case we cannot accommodate your request on the primary date you requested.
    Select if the interviews will be conducted virtually.
    Select the number of rooms you are looking to reserve.
    Select the number of interviewers per room.
    Select the approximate length each interview will take.
    Select if students will be able to schedule multiple interviews.
    Select if you would like to receive an auto-generated resume packet.
    Add the position you will be conducting interviews for.
