How to Set up Business Hours and Shifts

Click "Default"

You can adjust shift hours by clicking here

To add a new shift on a day that has not got one yet, click "Add Shift"

To add further shifts to any day, click the three dots and click either "Add shift Before" or "Add Shift After"

You can remove a shift by clicking the three dots, then "Remove Shift"

Click here to add a new "Override Date". Override dates allow you to set a shift exception on certain days. This is useful if you run a reduced service on public holidays.

Click this date field to specify date that this exception will occur

Click "Add Override Date"

By default, the override will mark the selected day as closed. If you would like to instead specify opening hours for that day, click add shift.

You can then specify the opening times by clicking here.

Once you are happy with the configuration, click "Update Shifts"

Below the shift time settings you can specify the shift name, provide a description and select whether this configuration should

Click "Update General Settings and Shifts" when you wish to save all changes
