    How to Set Up a Vendor Profile to Track for 1099

      Navigate to Brokerage Engine.
      Click "Accounting"
      Click "Expenses"
      Click "Vendors"
      Click the "Search Vendor" field to locate the agent by name.
      Click on the name of the Agent or the "Action" button at the end of the row.
      The Agent's transactions are not being tracked for 1099.
      Click the "Tax Identification Number" field to add the unique set of numbers that identifies the individual or corporation.
      Click the checkbox for any payment related to this Vendor to be tracked for 1099 payment.
      Click "Save"
      Click "OK"
      The details on the Vendor profile will be utilized for 1099 form generation.
