Navigate to [https://dst.myavionte.com/app/#/dashboard/](https://dst.myavionte.com/app/#/dashboard/)

On the top right of the page click on the search bar and type the company's name you are looking for.

On the top ribbon click "Jobs"

Click on the job you'd like to edit

Under operations & financials click the edit icon.

Scroll down to **withhold email** and make sure it's toggled to no

Scroll down to **time capture** and use the dropdown to select timesheets

Scroll down to **overtime** and use the dropdown to select paid and billed

Under **overtime rule** use the dropdown to select CA OT

Scroll up and click the save icon

Under **hired details** click on the edit icon on the right side of the candidates name

Scroll down to **overtime** and use the drop down to select paid and billed

Under **overtime rule** use the dropdown and select CA OT

Scroll down to **pay basis** and use the dropdown to select hourly

Scroll down to timesheet approves and use the dropdowns to select the manager that will approve the timesheets.

Click "Save"
