Click this text field and name your verification program. In this example, we use "October Verifications".

Give the event a name and date range. Disregard the "Total Samples Goal" field.

Click in the analytes dropdown and select "lead".

Select any option. This isn't applicable to verification programs, but required to get the event setup. Events are often tied to sampling (such as LCR), but have no relevance here.

Your event is now setup! It's time to now add locations.

Select the desired locations that you'd like to add to the program by clicking the check box next to 120Water ID. Once all your locations have been selected, Click "Assign to Program".

Find the program you just created from the dropdown and click "Next".
