If you are leaving the school district, you may have files that you want to leave to other teachers. Regardless of where your files are stored, the process is similar. First, give other teachers access. Then, they can make copies.

    1
Navigate to the older with the files that you would like other teachers to have access to.
    2
    Right-click the file.
    3
    Click "Share"
    4
Click "Anyone with the link can view" at the bottom of the wind that opens.
    5
Check that "Anyone" is selected at the top and that under "More Settings," "Can view" is selected. Click "Apply" at the bottom.
    6
Click "Copy" and email this link to the teachers you want to share your files with. Teachers will then need to select any files that they want to make a copy of. NOTE: Teachers can only make copies of files. If there are sub folders, teachers will need to go into each one and repeat this process for any files they want copies of.
