How to Share Your Screen and Annotate in a Microsoft Teams Meeting

Open "Microsoft Teams App."
Click "Join" to join meeting.
Select "Join now".
Click the "Share" icon or use the short cut "Ctrl+Shift+E" to share your screen.
Select the screen or window you would like to share.
After you start sharing your screen a new toolbar will appear. There you can select the "Pen" icon to create annotations on your screen so everyone can see them
A tool bar with different items to draw will appear.
Tools can help you make annotations anywhere needed.
When you are done click the "Stop sharing" icon or use the shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+E).
