Navigate to the form you want to share.

Click "Share" on the left side bar.

Click "Specific Users"

Select the right permission from the Permission dropdown. - **Submit Form:** View & Submit Form - **Modify From**: Modify Form & configurations, Submit form - **Modify From, Entries, Reports**: All permissions given under Modify form + edit entries, Create & modify reports

Type the user you want to share with into the Search Email Address field. Ensure the user is registered within your organisation's system

Select the email address from the search results.

Click "Share"
