How to Share and Download Prove it! Tools

Navigate to [https://proveit.thebalancedsystem.org/my-tools/](https://proveit.thebalancedsystem.org/my-tools/)

Click "My Prove its!"

On the "My Prove Its!" page, navigate to the tool you want to share.

Select "View" by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the tool you want to share.

Click "Share"

You can share the direct link for Part 1 of your evaluation here.

Download a PDF poster by clicking on this link. This will download a PDF document that you can print or share.

Click here to download the QR code for part 1.

Click "Print Part 1" to download a PDF copy of the questions to print or share. You can also create a PDF copy of the part 2 questions by clicking on "Print Part 2".

Click "Send invite emails" to send an email link to specific email addresses.

The "send invite" page will ask you to add introductory text and the email address you want to send the invite to.

You can click "Send follow-up or reminder email" to support users to enter a part 2 response.

The "Send follow-up or reminder email" page will ask you to add introductory text and the email address you want to send the reminder to. Click to select the respondent(s) you wish to contact. The links to complete are available for you to copy into the introductory text if you wish to.

Click "Multi-part responses" to monitor who has responded, received a reminder or is yet to respond.

If a respondent has not yet cmopleted part 2, you will have the option to send or open. When you click "Open part 2 survey", the page for part 2 will open. You can use this to enter a written part 2 yourself, or if you have the respondent with you, they can complete themselves.

When you click "Send part 2 email", a follow up reminder will be sent.
