How to Shop on BCause

Have an account on BCause? Click "Login". This will speed up the checkout process later. Don't have an account? Follow the guide "How to Create an Account" from the BCause Knowledge Center or skip to step 5 if you'd like to shop as a 'guest'.

If you have an account, click 'Email' and input the email you provided when you created your account.

Click 'password' and input the password you provided when you created your account. Click 'Sign in'.

Great, you're now logged in. You can click the BCause logo to head back to the homepage or use the navigation bar to shop for a category of your choice such as 'Grocery'.

When you find a product you want to purchase, hover your mouse over it and click "Add to cart" to add one unit to your shopping cart.

Click the cart icon either in the top right hand corner of your screen or in the middle right of your screen to review what is in your cart at any given time.

When viewing your cart, you can click the '+' icon to add additional units of the product in question to your account. Additionally, you can click the '-' to decrease the amount of units of the given product.

You can click the 'X' icon to close your cart and continue shopping at any time.

Another way you can add products to your cart is by hovering your mouse over a desired product and clicking "Quick shop". This will open up a new window that will give you more information about the product in question without navigating to a new page of the website. Alternatively, you can click on the image of the product - this will take you to the product page for full details.

Within the quick view you can use the drop down menu to select the number of units you would like to add to your cart.

Click "Add to cart"

You can click the 'X' to close the quick view pop up and continue to shop.

You can click this icon to view your cart at any time.

Changed your mind on a product? No worries. Click the 'X' beside any product to remove it from your cart.

When you're happy with everything in your cart and you're ready to complete your order, scroll to the bottom of your 'cart' page and click "Checkout".

This will bring you to your full cart page where you can once again adjust what's in your cart.

At the bottom of the cart page click the "Enter your postal code ..." field and input the postal code of where your order will be delivered.

Click the "Choose a date and time." field.

Select your desired delivery day from the calendar.
