How to Sign-Up for MS/HS Parent-Teacher Conferences Using a Desktop Browser

Go to <https://www.parentsquare.com/signin>.
Type your email or phone number and then your password. Click **Sign In**.

Find the Parent-Teacher Conferences posts from your child's teachers.
Each post will start with the **Teacher's Last Name**, followed by "**Parent-Teacher Conferences November 2024**".
See the example below.

Click "**Read More**" to expand the post and open the appointment slots.
Please take note of the room number for the in-person conferences.

Scroll through the time slots for each day and look for one that works for you.

Click "**Sign Up**" to the right of the slot you would like to book.\
*\*Please ensure you choose only one sign up slot per child per family.*

Add your **child's name** in the "**Short Note**" box.

Click "**Submit**" to book the appointment.

Your name appears in the slot you have booked.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your slot, hover over your appointment with your mouse and click the trash can to delete the booking.

To go back to the posts and sign up for a different teacher, click the "**Home**" button in the top left corner.
Repeat steps 3-7 for each teacher you would like to meet with.
Signing Up for Appointments For My Child in Another School

If you have more than one child and need to switch schools, click the "Home" button.

Click on the "Switch School" drop down to select the other school and see the teacher posts from that school. You can then repeat steps 3-7 to sign up for appointment slots.
