    How to Sign Off on a Document in PowerDMS (Video) (Copy)

    Navigate to <https://powerdms.com/ui/Login.aspx> - Click the link or hover here and click guide me - this will open the link and this guide in the same browser!

    If your To Do section only has one document it will look like this and you can click directly on that document to open it.

    If you have 3 or more documents in your To Do section it will look like this, you can click the name of the one document to open it, or you can click on the "and X other documents" to open your document inbox

    This is your Document Inbox and lists all documents you are currently required to sign. Click on the name of the document to open it.

    Once you have read the document, you can click the checkbox verifying that you have read the document and then click the "Submit Signature" button.

    After, you will get this confirmation message and you can click on the "Home" button in the top left corner to return to the Home Screen

    Where you will see your remaining "To Do" Documents, and your list of "Completed Today" Documents

    You also could have used the "Inbox" Menu to return to your Document Inbox

    Where you are able to see the documents that still require your signature.

    When you open a document you have previously signed off on, make sure you click the three dot button

    And then click on "Compare to Last Revision I Signed"

    This will open a comparison window that shows you the last version you signed, and the current version you are required to sign.\ \ It will also highlight all the changes yellow Additions are highlighted green And any deletions are highlighted red

    Make sure to use the "Change" Arrows to cycle through all the changes, that way you do not miss any important updates!\ \ Once you have reviewed all the changes, you can sign off on the document.
