Click "Sign in".

Click "Sign up".

Enter your name into the "Your full name *" field.

Enter your email address into the "Your email *" field.

Click "Sign up."

Navigate to your email inbox.

Open the email from [support@itakecontrol.zendesk.com](mailto:support@itakecontrol.zendesk.com) with the subject "Create a password for iTakeControl."

Create a password.

Click "Set password."

Navigate back to <https://support.itakecontrolhealth.com/> to begin reviewing iTakeControl Zendesk articles.
