Navigate to [https://kcdreamcenter.org/](https://kansascitydreamcenter.org/)

In order for you to register your child for events or to volunteer you must have your waiver sign.

Navigate to the section under your profile called Children's Information

No child profiles found. Add a child profile using the form.

Fill in the details for the child you want to attend the event or to volunteer.

You will see the area labeled Liability Waiver with the status - "Awaiting Waiver"

After the webpage has been refreshed you will see the status of Liability Waiver change to "Sign Waiver Here"

Click "Sign Waiver Here"

A new window to our signature platform PandaDoc will open up.

Click the first Signature box to create and accept your digital signature.

After you see your signature applied to the first box click "Next"

Click the 2nd signature box to apply your signature.

Click the 3rd signature box to apply your signature.

Click the 4th signature box to apply your signature.

Once you have applied your signature to all 4 sections you will see a finish button either at the bottom or the top of the webpage.

Click "Finish"
