    Navigate to [MediaLab](https://www.medialab.com/lms/student/st_login.aspx)and click "LOG IN"

    Enter username and password and click "Log In".

    Click "Apps"

    Click "My Cases"

    Click "Start a New Case Session"

    Click this dropdown to choose your simulator case.

    Click "Start Case Session".

    The simulator begins with "Appearance." Click the image to switch between side and overhead views of the fluid. You can complete each tab in any order and revisit any tab before you click "Submit Answers" on the "Identify Cells" tab.

    Click the dropdowns to record the "Color", "Clarity", and indicate "Yes" or "No" for presence of "Clots/Clumps."

    Click "Hemocytometer" to advance to hemocytometer count.

    Click the "Focus -" and "Focus +" buttons to adjust focus. Click the "Previous" or "Next" buttons to advance from one image to the next. Click the "Overview" button to view all hemocytometer images.

    When in "Overview," click a single image to jump the the larger view of that image.

    Click in text field below "Nucleated Cells" to record nucleated cell count for each image. Click in text field below "RBCs" to record RBC count for each image.

    Click "Calculation" to advance to hemocytometer calculation page.

    Perform calculation based on information given (may or may not match your hemocytometer count). Click the text fields to record your results for Nucleated Cells and RBCs.

    Click "Cytospin" to advance to Cytospin tab.

    Click the "Low Power," "50x," and "100x" buttons to adjust magnification. Use vertical and horizontal scrollbars to view the entire slide.

    Click the dropdown to indicate "yes" or "no" for Pathology review.

    Click "Identify Cells" to advance to Identify Cells tab.

    Click to adjust magnification and use scrollbars to locate cells labeled 1-10.
