How to Submit Address and Regulatory Bundles for Sweden

Address Bundle

Navigate to **Settings > Phone numbers > Regulatory/Address Bundle.** You need to create an **Address bundle** first.

Click **+ Create** to create **Address bundle**

Select **Address Bundle** and click **Next**.

Fill in the form. Make sure that the address you add here is the same as the address in your **Business Profile** and in the documents you will attach in the regulatory bundle. Then click **Submit**.

After submitting, address bundle status is **Validated**.

Click **+ Create** to create **Regulatory bundle**

Select **Regulatory Bundle** and click **Next**.

Select **Sweden** under Country and **Local** (for calling number) or **Mobile** (for SMS number) under Number Type. Then click **Next**.

Enter your **Business Name** and click **Submit**.

Attach document showing business address. Make sure the address in the document match exactly the address in your **Business Profile**. Follow instructions on the screen below.

Attach business registration certificate and follow instructions on the screen below.

Once both documents have been updated, **Submit** button will be enabled. Click **Submit** to submit regulatory bundle for review.

After submitting, regulatory bundle status is **Pending-review**. Check again after 24 hours to see if bundle has been approved.
