Enter the chosen name for your bounty and the requested allocation for the bounty (in DOT).

Click "Sign and Submit" to finalise your submission.

You will need to follow the link to Polkassembly or Subsquare and sign into the platform with the proposer's Polkadot account to edit the automatic post generated by your on-chain submission.

Please make sure to provide the same contextual information as you have provided earlier in the discussion post. Once this is done, please feel free to announce your Bounty proposal in the Direction channel and invite the Community to review all documents.

The bounty is now ready to be submitted as an OpenGov referendum for vote by the Polkadot Community.

Click "Add preimage" to submit information about your bounty proposal.

Approve a bounty proposal. At a later time, the bounty will be funded and become active

Copy the Preimage hash and note down the Preimage length of your submission, and save them in a word document.

Please note that submitting a Preimage will temporarily move some of your account balance into a reserved state (i.e around 40 DOT for the basic bounties.approveBounty() call). This amount will need to be manually unlocked after the bounty is funded (in case of Community approval) or if the referendum fails (in case of Community rejection). 

Double-check all your entries and click "Submit preimage".
