Select a room for your event.

You will now be brought to the calendar where you will see dates and times that are available for you to book your event. The default display is by week.
Find an available day and time and click within the space to book the event.

You will now see the date and timeslot that you've selected on the right-hand side under "Events Dates & Times".

If you would like to change the view of the calendar, click "Month".

Click on the date you'd like to book your event for.

Click on an open timeslot.

Click Continue.
