How to Submit a Feature Request and Navigate the Feedback Dashboard

Accessing the Feedback Platform

From the Checkmate Portal, click on the **Resource Center** "?" widget.

The **Resource Center** will open where you can:
1. View Product Updates
2. Submit Feedback (Suggest new features)
3. Live Chat
4. Submit Ticket
5. Access the Knowledge Base

Click on **Feedback** to submit new feature suggestions.

You will be prompted to fill the form to submit a feature request.

Alternatively, access the Feedback Dashboard by clicking **"Open in Portal."**

You will be redirected to the **Checkmate Feedback page**. Here, you can submit a new suggestion by filling out the feedback form.
Editing Suggestions

To edit your request, click on the request title and then click the pencil icon.

Add your additional details and click "**Save Changes**"
Dashboard Navigation

Click on **"Dashboard"** from the sidebar to get an overview of:
- Suggestions by others
- Recently released features
- Ideas submitted by you

Click **"Make a Suggestion"** to submit a new idea.

The **My Priorities** section shows the details of ideas you’ve submitted or voted for. You can prioritize them based on what matters most to you.
View Recent Releases

The **"Recently Released"** section displays a list of features that were recently launched.

Click **"View All"** to see the complete list of recently released features.

You can also access the list of releases by clicking **"Releases"** from the navigation sidebar.

The **Suggested by Others** section displays ideas submitted by other users. Status indicators include:
- **Planned:** Features planned to be executed soon.
- **Building:** Features currently in development.
- **Awaiting Feedback:** Ideas needing more feedback before proceeding.

If you find a feature useful, click the **Thumbs-up** icon to vote for it.
