How to Submit a Project Request
To submit a project request, you must have an e-Builder Account.

If you have an e-Builder account, navigate to <https://app.e-builder.net/>

Login to e-Builder.

Click Project Request Form.

Complete all required fields.

Click Submit button.

You will receive an email notification when your request has been submitted. After the request has been reviewed by the Facilities Work Induction Board, another notification with more details will be sent.
