    How to Submit your 24/25 Workload in Airtable

    Navigate to [https://airtable.com/](https://airtable.com/)

    Click "Faculty Portal"

    Click "Approved Workloads"

    Click "Copy"

    Click "Workload Editor"

    The copied workload will always appear at the bottom of your list

    Click the dropdown menu for the "Year of Current Submission" Field

    Select the current year of the Workload you are working on

    Make any revsions/edits to this workload by clicking inside of the field

    Make sure to look over your proposed research and activities and make edits as needed in the provided text box fields

    Type "Make any edits here for current year."

    Once completed, click "Submit This Proposal" and you are DONE

    If there are any edits that need to be made to your workload, you will receive notifications via Airtable email AND will be able to see it here in this conversation box.
