Click the "Section ID" field.  Enter the section ID for the double section from which the student should be removed.

Select Type of Sectioning Request: Remove Student from Section and enter the name of the teacher whose section from which the student should be removed.

Create a New Section
Update an Existing Section

Enter the student(s) ID number(s) in "Students to be Removed from Section" field.

Enter a ticket name and ticket description.  Here is an example:

Ticket Title: MyCA_Demo Company_OT_Jen Teacher

Ticket Description: Please remove student 123456 from Jen's OT section. She is double-sectioned to Jen and Evelyn but should only be listed in Evelyn's section since Jen has met her caseload cap."

Click submit.  The Operations Team will process your ticket and update the student's section in POC.
